Twenty-five years ago, I was running membership and marketing at Costco by day and earning my degree in Communications by night — right as television itself was starting to change, leaving the rigid broadcast-schedule era behind for the golden age of serialized drama and unscripted formats that would eventually give way to streaming. That timing shaped how I think about work: I’ve spent every year since moving toward wherever the industry was about to shift next — from Costco into brand partnerships at Showtime, then into a creator marketplace at Amazon, then into global brand experience at Shiraz Creative, and now into advising founders and brands as AI reshapes what marketing looks like.
The throughline isn’t one company or one industry — it’s turning disruption into growth, again and again: at Showtime, building partner programs that grew subscribers through the cable-to-streaming shift, including Shameless, Dexter, and the highest-grossing PPV night in history; at Amazon, scaling a creator marketplace from beta as the influencer economy took off; at Shiraz Creative, reinventing global brand experiences for brands as marketing itself expanded from media buys to experiential moments. That’s what 25 years across four industry disruptions has taught me: not a fixed playbook, but the instinct to spot where growth is headed next and evolve with it.
I lead series and streaming campaigns across the IP lifecycle, uniting distribution and experiential moments to grow awareness, viewership, and long-term franchise value.
I forge and scale co-marketing and sponsorship partnerships with streamers, MVPDs, and global brands, aligning stakeholders to deliver integrated programs with clear ROI.
I architect social-first, creator-led programs—backed by paid media, analytics, and emerging tech/AI—that convert audience engagement into sustained growth.
Advising startups, nonprofits, and consumer brands on partnership strategy, go-to-market planning, and scalable growth — bringing 15+ years of platform and brand experience to where AI is taking the industry next.
Led global brand experiences for Bvlgari, Covergirl, Colgate-Palmolive, Hill’s Pet, and Caudalie — from a 200-creator COTY activation to a nearly $1M PetSafe campaign — managing $25K to multimillion-dollar programs at 40%+ margins.
Scaled Amazon’s Creator Connections marketplace from beta to $1M+ in annualized revenue within 12 months — 300% growth, 152% higher brand participation, and an initial expansion into 100 China-based brands.
Owned Showtime’s national distribution partnerships — including DIRECTV/AT&T — for 15 years through the shift from linear to streaming. Drove +18% YoY subscriber growth and led partner strategy for all seven contracted Floyd Mayweather PPV events, including Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, the highest-grossing PPV event in history.
Where it started. Managed and developed 300+ employees, building performance and training programs that helped rank the location among the top 5% nationally — while earning my BA in Communications at San Francisco State University.
Founder — Currently in Beta
A platform I’m building to connect older adults and their families with independent, non-medical caregivers — transportation and appointment accompaniment, companionship, daily reminders, caregiver respite, and in-home assistance. Rather than employing caregivers directly, MOAI Connection lets independent providers create their own profile, set their own rate and schedule, and connect directly with the families who need them.
Co-Founder
BundleRoo was designed to meet the growing needs of modern parents while promoting environmental responsibility. The service provided a convenient, sustainable solution by delivering curated bundles of essential everyday wear for children—from newborn to size 5T—directly to their doorsteps. As children grow quickly, BundleRoo ensured that parents never had to worry about constant shopping while keeping their kids comfortable and stylish. Beyond convenience, the model aimed to reduce clothing waste, offering a more sustainable alternative to traditional retail.
While we ran the company for 1.5 years and saw the potential in the concept, we ultimately faced operational and capital challenges that led us to fold the business. Despite this, the experience remains a cornerstone of my entrepreneurial journey, and I still believe in the potential of a marketplace for like-minded parents. BundleRoo continues to inspire me as a reminder of how businesses can creatively address real-world challenges, and it remains a passion project I often reflect on.

Alumni Mentor
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Folkdocs+, where I help students take completed documentaries and strategically market and promote them through digital marketing channels. In this role, I teach students the foundational principles of marketing while guiding them through the entire process—from integrating ideas to creating, managing, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Beyond marketing, I’ve also served as a mentor, supporting students in navigating their career paths and preparing for life after graduation, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence to take the next steps in their professional journeys.
Also give back through: volunteering at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), endurance racing for causes I care about, and volunteering with Angel City Sports.
While working full-time as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Costco Wholesale, I earned my degree in Marketing and Business Economics — and applied it immediately, translating classroom strategy into real marketing and sales impact on the job. The experience sparked a lasting interest in the business side of entertainment, sharpening my instincts for negotiation, distribution, and the kind of networks built through mentorship rather than titles.
Balancing full-time work with a full course load taught me resilience, time management, and focus in ways no classroom could. It’s where I learned to blend ambition with discipline — the real-world hustle that still defines how I work today.
I went in wanting to expand into tech, knowing streaming was only the start of how the industry would change. I came out with more than that: certifications in Technology, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, and proof I could build — co-founding BundleRoo and taking it through our capstone, competing in Net Impact and the Knapp Venture Competition, serving as Social Chair, and co-creating 1Anderson, a platform that brought the Anderson community together virtually through streaming workouts, happy hours, cooking classes, and pitch events.
By graduation, I’d made the leap from Showtime to Amazon — proof the pivot worked.
